It is the moment of food that goes a long way to define the Big Haus. Leslie Wilson's gifts of cooking and setting a gracious table have established the standards for trenchermen the world over. The Big Haus eats well and much good comes from the conversations that erupt from the company at table. The Haus generally sits down with 14 to 20 at dinner. When we have less than 16 we put the two tables together in a square which facilitates a single conversation.
